lately (years) i feel lost. i can never seem to get on the track i want to be.   stress has seem to overcome me.  i need to stop and enjoy the 'simple' things in life because theres always going to be something that needs to be done, something going wrong, etc.  i went camping with J and Carrie up at Rideau River this weekend. it was nice to be out

hey! i just wanted to say that i think it's great that you can be so honest with yourself to know that another surgery may be in your future. not that you asked for my advice, but with this stuff i think it's important to be patient and above all else, listen to yourself.

and, yeah, there are a lot of people who have had a reduction first, and it doesn't affect the result too much. really all it means is that the surgeon has to follow the same scar lines, so that you don't have two lines across your chest :)

yeah im not 100% sure or anything i just know they have never felt right. but its really good to know that my previous surgery wont affect the outcome to much. hope your healing well!!!~
