I can relate to "satisfied and flustered"; yes, it is a bit stressful, but sometimes people really do just need telling!

Incidentally, I just got a message from the jewelry designer whose beadwork I defended. She thanked me for sticking up for her, so now I'm feeling satisfied, flustered... and warm and squishy. :)
