Flirting practice is certainly a good idea, if you've got a suitable man to be your guinea pig... and this one sounds eminently suitable. :-)
I don't think I could do "catch and release", though. It seems rather unfair on the men. I am currently working on a rather old-fashioned technique, but preliminary tests show it may have something going for it: let the man do the chasing. It not only saves effort, but instantly weeds out the ones who aren't serious.
Will, naturally, keep you informed of any progress. :-)
I am all in favor of letting the man do the chasing. In fact, Greh Behrendt, author of the book He's Just Not That Into You, says that most if not all men prefer it that way (that's why I am not making any first moves with Recycling Man).
