1) Yes, I do. My professors have been really great with helping me. The instructor in question sent me an email this week to discuss ways of helping me get through the lab.
2) I try to do that. I'm working on breaking 22 years of math-hating and utter terror of math.
3) Indeed. We're working with H2SO4 tonight! It's...one of my favorite acids.
