Citation managers?

Has anyone got any advice on them? Going into my senior thesis next semester, and I really don't feel like the Word citation manager is going to do it for me. It's already crammed full and I can't work out how to clean it without killing my automatic citations, and I can't work out how to export it and start fresh, either. I like the look and feel

Used zotero (http://www.zotero.org/) for my senior thesis, and had a generally good experience with it. Very easy to capture citations off databases, but you've got to be using Firefox as your browser.
