You're now the fifth person who said Van Helsing sucks, hence, I'm not gonna see that garbage. People tell me Hellboy was sweet... and I was under the impression that Van Helsing was gonna be cool while I thought Hellboy was going to suck. Boy did I ever have that shit mixed up.

Well, this is a classic case of Hollywood trying to wow us with stunning visuals and subpar scripts so that it attracts the likes of... well... idiots. Same thing with You Got Served and those damned Fast and the Furious movies... but you could just look at the trailers and make your judgment on those sorry excuses for modern cinema. I've just been noticing a lot lately that if a movie has top-notch special effects, the story and acting are probably going to suck ass because that's the only way it balances out. Now look at Quentin Tarantino films, doesn't use any computer enhanced effects and the outcome is awesome, Kill Bill vol.1 has to be my favorite movie ever!
