This, in no way, covers my feelings about Once Upon a Time. It doesn't begin to really explain things. But I do talk a little about my feelings about ReQueena.
I just think that focus groups (do they still DO focus groups?), early reviewers etc, were basically like "four for you, Parrilla. You GO, Parilla. And none for JMo", and now she's bitter and this is her way of dealing with that. It's sad, really.
Or we're crazy. Or overreacting. Or she just doesn't like her because sometimes you don't like people and it's not a big deal?
I've had this thought before. Like they brought in Jen as the 'main' character of the show, the great white hope, and then her name comes second after Ginny's. And then all people are talking about is Regina and Snow White and Prince Charming. And she still gets mentioned, but it's a total afterthought because Emma is pretty important. But still.
Everyone else gets dual roles and gets to camp it up evilly or be pure and perfect and poor JMo just has the painted on clothes.
I dunno. Is it weird that I feel like I can see in Jen's eyes that she's a bit of a mean girl?
I actually feel a little bad for JMo when it comes to the dual roles/awesome Enchanted Forest stuff. You can tell she's a little jealous of them all. I think it always seemed that Emma would be the main character, but really... there is no main character (I typed 'Maine' by accident and amused myself, jsyk). I mean, we can go an episode with barely any Regina, or we can go an episode with barely any Mary Margaret, you know?
Sometimes I think my anti-JMo instincts were right all along, but then I remember that actually she's talented and I like her face so I block it out.

New theory: JMo is jealous that Lana is a better actress and looks pretty when she cries.
