20inspirations, Fringe S2 Rainbow

For Round 13 over at 20inspirations, and the round called for us to pick a round prior we hadn't done before. So I chose the 6th round because it was a RAINBOWWWWWW ROUNDDDD. And I made a rainbow from season 2 of Fringe. A glorious season of Fringe, one I will admittedly choose to rewatch more than s3 or s4, while those are great I just can fall into any episode ( Read more... )

Really? Ha, I kept trying to just think of a blue scene, yellow scene or whatnot then make them and try to order them in a rainbow-y way. I included white and black...I guess it turned out alright in the end. I'm just glad I finished a round for once! Thanks!

It is beyond alright!
I am not even watching Fringe, but I would not mind using a lot of these.

Your colours are striking and still, very soft and light. I love that kind of thing.

I go for bright and vibrant but not so far as to where they look radioactive. So that means I did what I meant to, yay! :D

God, the crop in #2 and #7 are intense. #15 is simply perfect!

Thanks! You have no idea how many crops of #7 I did. I was like NOPE NOT RIGHT. It must have been 20 different icons before I felt it was out of my brain.

17+18 Idk which I love moreeee. I think maybe 17. Just so gorgeous I love that there is blue AND purple and it's really really gorgeous! Srsly I bow down to it!

also, not rly a big deal but just a heads up that usually once halloffame/sign up for next round goes up - posts aren't really to be submitted to the comm for the previous round :x sad couldn't include it in hall of fame. usually a day or two can go up where someone makes a "post icons you finished but couldn't submit on time" so if you're ever late you can keep an eye out for that one. jsyk! ♥

It was before midnight on the 28th so I was like ok cool I'm good. Having never finished a round before...I did not know! So oops.

it actually closed midnight the 26th, but then the hall of fame was late in going on on the 27th so i think someone(s)? took that to mean they could still submit (which they could, as long as sign ups aren't up yet it's fine pretty much). but yeah, nbd just passing on~ glad that people get to see your batch tho!

I just see myself as a much more simplistic iconner idk. So many times I look at an icon by someone and I'm like whoaaaaa how do you even. Mine are like howdy hey hi ho colors + negative space or funky crops OR CENTRE CROPS YOU CAN'T GO WRONG THERE and/or a mix and match of that. I don't stray out of that and I feel kinda boring. I remember I got my first icon rec over at iconpraise very recently but it's so dumb how I think I had to be validated as good by being mentioned there but people always say they love my stuff but gah no one had mentioned me there for the longest time and I was like twiddling my thumbs going oh ok I'm good but not good enough to be recced? You know? Idk. I'll stfu now.

And I tweeted you after I checked that post you made. I stg I though it said 28. I was glad because I worked the 26th then was off 27/28 I was like I have 2 whole days to finish them! .........turns out I was already late oh well! I got it done, yeah. For the first time.
