I know all of these caps! LOL. I guess that's what happens when you gorge yourself on S1/S2 within a few weeks of each other. I finished S1 in two days and S2 in one. Why didn't I listen to you guys and to my dad and get into this show sooner? I am a moron. :)
And just to say it: I adore Nine/Rose, but Ten/Rose is just so flippin' adorable, eh?
Haha! Like I said, I just finished S2 - I'm working my way through the DVD extras. My best friend has been lending me her DVDs all the way from Albany (the last package came addressed from "David Tennant" because she's a nerd) and seriously, it's like crack.
I didn't think I'd like Ten as much as I ended up liking Nine, but he's just like a puppy dog and you can't help but love him, right? And he and Rose just about explode with rainbows and sunshine and they're the greatest non-couple since, oh, Mulder and Scully? I kind of love them way more than is normal for a n00b. LOL.
I haven't spent enough time with my DVD extras. I don't have series 1 on DVD, only 2 and 3.
I got hooked back before series 2 started airing, downloading the show completely on a whim, not knowing anything about it. At all. And I fell in love faster than, I think, I ever have. With any show. So I was pretty pissed when I found out that I only got one season of Eccleston.
And then I discovered the pure joy that is Ten and practically forgot all about my series 1 love.
Ten/Rose is my favorite love story, I think, ever. More than Jim and Pam, more than Buffy and Angel, more than Ella and Char, more than Veronica and Logan.
Nothing breaks my soul quite like "Doomsday." I cried for a solid 2 weeks. No exaggeration here.
You need to see series 3 and get caught up on series 4. Because even though I don't (personally) think series 3 is as good (I'm not a huge Martha fan, though she's grown on me), it's all worth it for the sheer brilliance that is series 4.

Everyone says that: I should have listened to you when you told me it was brilliant! And then they finally watch it and they understand.
