One of my resolutions for the new year is to update my livejournal more often.  I tend to forget how cool and awesome LJ is and always will be, but i'm not going to do that anymore.  GET READY, INTERNET!

My other goals, resolutions and plans for this year include:

• eating lots of delicious and amazing food
• taking more photos and better documenting

this soup sounds delicious. was it delicious? you neglect to mention how it tastes. although, you do seem pleased, so of course it was delicious.

...brown sugar though? is that weird? or normal?

i will tell you: it is good to taste!

often sugar complements curry flavouring, but i am not sure if using brown sugar in a recipe of this nature is weird or normal!

my next project is to figure out a recipe for delicious potato cakes.

Hey Liz,
I am happy that you made this update, I should follow your lead. Your list of resolutions is really good, but here are two more that you should add:

-Trade Kirby for harlequin for a weekend
-Give me some of that soup

Here are two more resolutions I made up:

-Stop yelling at Kirby and making him pee.
-Make you even more beautiful meals.
