i think that a fear of failure is worse, because then you dont accomplish anything... i do know about the fear to succeed, however, and i dont think thats all too great either, but a fear of failure, although "normal" is worse... idk this reminds me of "courage is not the absence of fear but the willingness to overcome it" (and its millions of different wordings lol)

fear of failure is normal. everyone has it. but if you're afraid to succeed you'll go nowhere. everyone needs to take chances
