I'm Being Sued
I spent all day at work crying.
then i cried while on the phone with ciara reading her all of the documents that were sent to me.
this = NO FUN
i was scammed. and this is bull shit. i dont have a fair fight. i'm 19.
i shouldnt have to worry about being sued.

thoughts?  comments? someone make me feel better?

i was in a car accident back in march when i had switched lanes and rear ended someone on the freeway who had NO BRAKE LIGHTS. and he was just.. STOPPED THERE.. i didnt see him. i'm driving a long doin 65 about to get off on bell. nope dick face had to scam me. and my police reports are wrong they have no record that i said he had NO LIGHTS. now hes suing me. for body injuries. it sucks. I dont know what to do. he JUST filed the claim OCTOBER 28 when the accident was march 14. and i just got the papers 2 days ago. it suuuckkkkssssss
