Any intelligence you can provide on Akatsuki and Pain would be greatly appreciated. A verification of the information within the report would also be helpful.

I read the report. Most of the information contained is the basics that those who have been in Akatsuki long enough have discovered.

The message left by Jiraiya provides you with the obvious. Pain is not just one body, but many, and for there to be more than one, there must be an original. None of the bodies used by Pain are the true one. The only way to actually defeat Pain is not to destroy his extended bodies, but to kill his original. Otherwise he'll just find more bodies to control.

Because of this he maintains the utmost secrecy. I would not be able to tell how to find his true form, although his Kekkei Genkai does give him a distinctive chakra that is easily recognized.

It is unfortunate that I do not know more information to provide you with at this time. Given his arrival, I assume Akatsuki will be rendezvousing soon. I shall keep you informed if and when I can.
