I'm sorry but I can't see how to contact any of the mods by PM so I'm posting here.
I joined the comm a couple of days ago and pulled out again yesterday. Mods may wonder why. Unfortunately the reason is that there is a bot in there somewhere! ALL my contacts through the e-mail address I use for LJ received a link to a Viagra publicity site within a few hours of my joining....and the messages stopped after I pulled out.

PLEASE check you computers and please could the mods of this excellent comm take this up with LJ (whether LJ will take the slightest bit of notice is a moot point but I live in hope). I'd like to rejoin but until I'm sure that my computer is safe I'm staying away.
I am a member of other LJ comms and this has not happened before.

Thank you for telling me about this! I'll try and root out the problem and let the other mods and members know about it. I'm sorry that this happened to you.
