First of all I'd like to dedicate this graphics post to my good friend,
cerraazizi…Cerra, if not for you I would never have gotten my hands on CS3 or learnt the basics of using it. Thank you, dear! =) I deeply, humbly appreciate all your efforts in helping me use this intricate s/ware, and for your feedback on the progress of my work <) And to my sis Aya -

Oh wow thank you-- that has to be the nicest compliment I've ever got...! I realized all along that my work is too bright, too flamboyant, too too too *sighs unhappily* I recklessly thought my work would be appreciated even though I had stayed true to myself.
THANK YOU for letting me join - I think I'll fit right in at bright_colours :)
You've told me what you think of my colouring, but could you also tell me what you think of my cropping? =3
Also, are there any other icon communities or graphic communities where my work can be appreciated, apart from bright_colours?

I can't think of any other communities to recommend I made bright_colours because I couldn't find any myself. I will add you in a moment :)
I'm not a pro at cropping, I don't think I've had many complements for my cropping so I'm not an expert. I'll give it a go though! The cropping in your banners is a little basic but still nice. There is a nice balance of positive and negative space. Icons: I am very fond of your cropping in the first and last sub-sets especially the first two rows, 11 and 16. Some of the other icons are a little too closely cropped for my liking. But I'm not big on close crop personally.
Looking forward to seeing your future posts :D
