Hooray. The world cup is back. I can once again be happy about football, even if it is just for a few weeks. I'm watching the opening ceremony and it's pretty cool actually. Well done South Africa for organising it

Rafa??? Can we have him back please? He may have made a few mistakes but there is no one out there who is available who is anywhere near as good.

Of the mutiple names that have already been leaked, here are my views:
* Martin O'Neil. Please God, no. Vastly over-rated manager who cannot cut it when the chips are down - see Villa's capitualtion to Man U in the 08/09 season and their humiliation by Chelsea last term. Only slightly better than ...
* Harry Rednap. Keep that crook well away from our club. He will get found out
