The plane from New York to LA provided wonderful sites which Adrian took pictures off, especially a few lovely places that we had special memories of.♥♥♥

New York took us a long time to get in to. We got to experience the gridlock from after leaving Jersey through the toll booths. We barely moved through the Lincoln tunnel and it was worse after that. We got in very late, and had a very late dinner with a plate the size of the table and the food hard to spot through the goo of gross cheese sitting ( Read more... )

We headed from Memphis on to Tuscaloosa. We only got there at night where we stayed at the Quality Inn but there were a lot of people in town for the big game. Alabama Crimson Tide vs. Southern Georgia Eagles.

I was pretty sick getting up in Houston that morning and pretty much crashed in the car. I felt so bad. We stopped at Waffle House on the way to New Orleans. It was our first Waffle House.
