I *love* the eye in the circle. It starts to say all kinds of things about creativity and vision and beauty and passion. I am so looking forward to a few short years from now, when I get to say "Yeah, she was on my LJ friends list way back", 'cause you are seriously going somewhere with this incredible work :):) Have you thought about doing a one-woman show? Libraries often have lovely gallery space, and it's a great way to test the waters and see how you like it.

*hee* You're the first person who noticed it! :)

And thanks for your encouragement! Yes, I am considering doing a show - and have even picked out a likely (small, eclectic) gallery for a show; however, I need to get more work together first, so it won't be until next year.

Thanks again. :)

I second this idea!!! I first showed my work in 2002 and have been on a roll since!

Kit, this is easily one of the most beautiful things you have created thus far. It is truly wonderful. :D
It makes me want to twirl around... Not that that's anything out of the ordinary, lol. :)

Oh, just fabulously, thank you! :D You can't really go wrong when you marry the love of your life, as you well know. ;)
I've been meaning to update my journal for weeks, but it seems like there aren't enough hours in the day lately!

it reminds me of the animation called "French Windows" that used the music of Pink Floyd, and rotoscoped dancers. It's one of my favorite animations of all time; and you have evoked that energy with your quilt. Lovely!
