thoughts on a weekend in vancouver

the Vancouver transit system kicks the Toronto transit system's ass
there don't seem to be a lot of blackfolk in Vancouver
love the mild weather. hate the rain.
downtown vancouver is grungy.
granville island is nice
love to visit again but not sure I'd want to live there

From having spent 2 years there:

- Definitely not a lot of black folks
- transit is good, except when they have a bus strike
- HELLA fine women
- Vancouver/Toronto are about equal in incredible food
- Weeklong hiphop festival every year is pretty dope

Take a visit in the summer and see how you like it.
