You know I keep mulling this over. Every night before bed I make sure to think good thoughts because 'it's the only chance I get to have everything I want'... but it's not really. I can think whatever I want whenever I want and choose my thoughts. I never thought (haha) of that.

All this is a choice and a thought and an idea... you can have anything you want if you decide to, or you can simply want less and have less.. all about thought....

speaking of visualising, my friend's mum is a bit of a hippy. i got this email from her the other day (please excuse the caps- she insists!!)

FUNNY YOU SHOULD MENTION SECURITY...
GAVVY'S MUMMA'S IDEA OF SECURITY IS SURROUNDING THE HOUSE IN A PYRAMID OF LIGHT.
SHE WAS SAYING WE NEED TO GET TABLE AND CHAIRS FOR OUT THE FRONT,
AND GAVVY SAID THEY WOULD PROBABLY GET STOLEN.
SHE SAID NOT IF YOU SURROUND IT IN WHITE LIGHT.
ITS SWEET I KNOW, BUT I'M NOT SURE HOW EFFECTIVE IT WOULD BE.

i'm all for visualising but not sure it's enough to ward off inner west thieving junkies!

Hmm...I don't know that my parents would vouch for white light being effective enough against inner west thieving junkies, and certainly not against western suburbs thieving junkies!
