lots of sweat. After a lot of hassle I ended up in a shitty, broken down rehersal room on the east side of Oslo. In Norwegian terms, it's the "rough" side. You know, where there aren't that many trees and you might actually, if you try really hard and know the password, buy drugs if you so wish. So, you know, it's like King's Cross on a tuesday

haha, if we ever get anything down on tape I'll upload it. I'm sure it'll sound a lot crappier on tape though, it's one of those things that are really good there and then, but not so much later on. Mean+Flower faded away the last year and we've called it quits. Felt like we never got anywhere etc etc etc. Just recently I was told we got played on radio quite a lot, and we've got about 2000 downloads from some norwegian band site.

red sparowes will be aaaace. I've been listening to their Isis-meets-Godspeed You! Black Emperor stylings the last few days. The boat trip is more for my girlfriend than myself, really, I've lived next to the fjord in question for 20 years lol. I'm sure it'll be nice though.

I have yet to see a fjord. They sound so exotic. Maybe it's the consecutive consonants and that cool smooth silent J, haha. But I guess for you, it's about as thrilling as me seeing Canadian geese. :)
