In the event of the meeting that is to be held in the office of Chairman Sousuke's office on the evening of Saturday, August 9th at 7:00PM, it would prove to be convenient if a head count of the total number of SFPD personnel can be provided prior to the meeting itself. This would assist in the dining details that will be arranged as well as any preferences there may be for the night's menu.
