Ok, I saw it, and it was fantastic! I loved the grittiness. There's a darker feel to Deathly Hallows that has not been present in the previous films. The building desperation is palpable. I especially loved the way Harry looked when he was facing Voldemort (and his own death), he looked like he had been through Hell and back, which is absolutely spot on.
The way Ron and Hermione were obviously closer and more of a couple was very exciting. The increased emphasis on Ron's character overall was also squeal-inducing and very much in keeping with the book.

Hmm, what made me say "huh?"...
The scene with the presumably Dark wizard stopping the train was a bit confusing. I don't recall an incident like that from the book.
I would have appreciated a hint of the deepening in Neville's characterization, as he is an integral part of the book.

Overall, *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
Oh, and feel free to quote if there's anything worth quoting in my jumbled fangirlitude.
