My computer is buzzing

The incessant buzzing of the 4th fan in my amd64 is driving me completely apeshit. I've already tried opening it and blowing on it, but I've decided it must be something slightly more mechanical than dust getting in the way. There's probably a buildup on a ball bearing, if I'm lucky enough for it to be a ball bearing fan. I'll try to take it apart

Ever since I put a new graphics card in my PC, I HAVE to turn it off at night in order for me to sleep. I think the whole card itself has it's own fan.. thing sounds like a friggin airplane. :)
