Lol re the faces getting younger... I laugh at myself when I see someone and think oh that's a cute kid ... Male or female. Ha!

We are starting on packing crap up to stage this place for sale so we have boxes leaving to the garage... A few that didn't even truly get unpacked but hey we did throw out two wheelbarrows of unnecessary things.

Yes, more good than bad. I still worry about my parents and have already gone back up there for a week, and need to head back up again soon. But I am starting to feel like I have a life again

A pull out or small bed is a great idea. I have one int office for the stepson. It's just nice to have.

Wow they will come pick up the electronics... Nice. I'm collecting a pile to haul off as we speak. I've been trying to apply that 5 year rule myself... So much easier... If you really want the item, you can get another... It's not worth storage fees and breaking your back moving it for the one item you probably want.
