Been a long time, but all is OK. I’ve been faithfully flying to the Bay Area every 5 weeks or so to deal with parental issues and try as best I can to keep things running as smooth as possible without any major hiccups.

Those are great! I have a couple of small ones along with a "pack-it folder" like this that fits up to 12 shirts/pants in one folder and then you use the velcro flaps to compress it down. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kF_vuggyCEw... )

i am many times thankful for that ice cream outing we had. As you well know from our conversation, I've had my share of stressors, it was really comforting to be with you both!

My heart goes out to the elderly man. He sounded like an extremely lovely person. We can never full steel ourselves for the fallout of a death.

Yes, not my place to talk about it, but you’ve been living in stress city for too long. It was so good to see you again and reconnect. Mark commented in an email how easy and comfortable the conversation and time spent together was, and I agree. It was like we’d known each other forever picking up where we left off. I hated for it to end.

I’m still holding your spot on your wall outside the hardware store for you. :) I was actually in there last week picking up a new dimmer switch, and I even installed it myself! I’d never done anything like that before and I was quite proud of myself. I’m thinking of buying some overalls and starting a side business installing dimmer switches. LOL

P.S. Can you believe I found a pic of that park on line, with our picnic table and all? I loved that little downtown.

Yes, I keep my old archaic AOL addresses just in case anyone I've lost touch with wants to find me (you'd be surprised how many times that's happened), but I didn't get it - so I just checked my spam folder and found it! So sorry. Glad you mentioned it.
