Ok. I get that it's trendy to name your kid something special and unique and all that jazz because you think it's pretty and different and special. But seriously. In my July 09 community there are some awful names and some responses to a post in pregnant just made me cringe

I think it is completely ridiculous. Life is hard enough without giving your child a joke name. No one is going to take them seriously, ever. Yes, you want your child to be a special flower but giving them a god awful name or horrible spelling is NOT the way to do it.

I'm kinda the pot calling the kettle black, 'cause I know Dominic is 100% serious about the name Danger. Pronounced Dang er. I actually sorta like the way it sounds so we just might go for it if I ever have a boy.
That being said, there's all sorts of crazy ghetto names that are just nuts. Is ToeKnee pronounced Tawnee or is it really like the body parts?
