I wonder if I should talk to someone today. Like, talk. I talked to a friend of my mum's and two service providers on the phone, and I talked to the woman working on the checkout at the supermarket. Which probably adds up to a good 10 minutes talking, total. Perhaps i should go for a walk and talk to the first person I see.
