sunday night i was asleep by 11:30 and didn't get up until about 10:30 monday morning. then monday i slept from about 2:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon which is something i never ever do, i just can't sleep during the day normally. then last night i was passed out by 11:00 again and got up at 8:00 and i am still tired now. did i get too much sleep or ( Read more... )

I don't think you should be concerned just yet. If you are like this.. with those sleeping patterns for like the next week or two.. then I would start asking questions.

There are any number of reasons you are requiring more sleep.. the heat, stress, your TWO jobS & crazy shift work (until recently), activities you do during the day, etc.

I understand naps are usually your thing, but you must have needed one. Maybe you are catching up on sleep from last week? Or maybe you are secretly Rip Van Winkle.. lol! =0)
