so back pain isn't anything new to me, i have had it for years but it's been a lot worse lately than normal. it's so bad that i actually went back to the dr yesterday about it, the first time i have gone to a doctor in almost three years and the last time being for the same thing. they made me pee in a cup, go get x-rays, told me i need to have
