Yeah, my mom was going on about the carb thing today. She was like "how do those celebrities stay so thin?" and I says "because they're rich" and she says, "they probably don't eat." and I says.. "they probably don't eat italian sausage" (what she was eating for breakfast) and she says.. "no, it's ok, it's the bread that gets you." That was my "oh jesus christ everyone is brainwashed in society" moment of the day.

well okay. so you red meat yourself within inches of a heart attack, you lose weight. go off the diet once you lose it, gain it back within a week, because you know you cant stay on that diet forever, you will die. so its worth that 5 day grace period of losing a few pounds for a cholesterol count that could compete with the cicada count in ohio (that ones for you)? no, i think not. its simple. dont eat junk food, dont eat A LOT OF FOOD, and exercize, thats how you lose weight.
why don't people just find hard drug addictions and then go through withdrawals. that makes you shiver and sweat right? AND YOU'RE TOO SICK TO EAT BREAD
see, i just think this is a cheaper way to go through withdrawals, a short cut from all the getting addicted to heroin stuff. it cuts right to the chase. i mean, its fun AND easy. who doesnt love a nightly battle with cold sweats to shed a fourth of a pound? FUCK cardio.
