Buffalo wings.... made neither out of buffalo, or the wings of buffalos.... b/c buffalos don't have wings.... interesting.... hmm, I wonder why they were called buffalo wings in the first place....

Someone once told me it was because the sauce used on them is called buffalo sauce. But, why is buffalo sauce called buffalo sauce? surely it is not made from a buffalo. confusing indeed.

Well, it is possible that in one point in time, buffalo sauce WAS made from buffalos, back in the old west and stuff, of couse I'm just guessing. lol.
