I am looking forward to you getting more feature artists on your website, especially poets, that I can read; and I am a bit interested in Dennis Ray Powell, Jr., whom you have featured already and I wonder if he has a livejournal I might check out...

If you are close, you should come to our open mic. I love reading your writing, but to the point:
Yes, Dennis is a wonderful writer. He is currently bumming around in Hawaii and I've been keeping a folder of his writings from his trip (which started as a car ride with me to Atlanta) and reading some at the open mics. His LiveJournal is ragingimpotence. If you are into humor you should also check out tom_sizemore. He is not only a great comedian and humorist, but also a talented poet. I just finished contacting him to encourage him to submit to be featured on our site. The next set of featured poets will begin the 1st of March, then the 1st of each month after that. If we start getting more submissions I might, eventually, switch it to weekly. Thanks for reading and supporting others' poetry. You are also welcome to submit. There are no real geographical guidelines. Take care and keep writing . . . and reading. ---ian

I live in California now, though if you had this when I lived in Paducah, KY, I would have came. Thank you, I will check out those two livejournals, I am always looking for something new and interesting to read. As for submitting, I wouldn't even know what to submit, but, thank you for the offer.
