The Cost of Being Compassionate

I was on the plane back from LA yesterday writing in my journal and realized there were a few things I wanted to throw up on this here screen..I guess for some perspective. It seems that when I look at things from a far I have a clearer picture of who I really am, something I once again lost in the midst of a complex consuming relationship
