gah, im so sore lol. ive been working out and my tummy and my butt and my thighs are hurting like crazy! but thats grand. anddd im doing very well on my diet. NO SNACKING eating 2-3 healthy meals a day along with working out. woot

You worked out and you are eating 2-3 times a day and no snacks. I think that you need to eat healthier, not stop eating. (Sorry, the mom in me.) You NEED over 1,200 calories a day to survive, your body will hold on to every fat cell if you eat too little. It will think that you are starving it to death. I speak from experience. Eat more protein and less junk. :o) Maks me wonder if you actually read my posts since you don't think that people read yours.... LOL. Especially since I make 10,000 a week! :) Love ya! Pam
got up at 1 (would've been 2 if it wasn't for aunt di) and watched a soap w/ her. ate gross Chic + Mac..threw it up after hanging w/ pam. bible study w/ meg. didn't pay attention. her dad got mad when you were over and you left.
