yup i been there.
i can't give you the best advice cuz i'm still not completely over him. i think about him and get sad but it's not that often.
- delete his number out of ur cell phone or change it to call one of ur girls
- make a list of 5 things you can't stand about him and everytime he pops in ur head read it or think of them
- realize how bad he's treated u and realize he's not worth ur time and tears
