So I know that it's been ages since I've signed into Livejournal or posted anything, but I think I've finally got the time, and well i miss it. I'm reading and suggest:

11. Buy groceries like beans, whole grain oats, frozen veggies, and anything else that will last a while in bulk. You can buy enough chicken for a week of chicken salads, sandwiches etc., cook it on Sunday night, and have an easy lunch at work for the whole week! It's cheaper and good for you.

Thank you so much! Everything you suggested is fantastic. And ironic. I went to Price Rite last night and bought a bag of natural rice, black beans, field greens, veggies, tofu and meat. The fresh meat I individually wrapped up before putting it in the freezer. I then came home and cooked todays lunch and a good friend/ co-worker and I have a cooking date Sunday night to prepare meals for next week.

I guess great minds think alike ; )
