Er, isn't that one of the points of TiVo? That it figures out your preferences and offers you more stuff you might like?

Kind of like those 'saver' cards at the grocery store that track your favorite brand of toilet paper and then other manufacturers try to send you coupons for THEIR brand to win you over.

i know they make recommendations based on what you watch...but weird that they keep track of what is rewound and replayed. And that they'd compile that data to use for anything.

as a conspiracy theorist, i think the producers sent him home b/c of the TMZ report. LOL

the other option is that sometimes folks rewind and replay just to see if somethin' was as bad as they previously thought...not just b/c it's their favorite or they thought it was good.

I knew they wouldn't send home the sole black girl when they've got two white rocker guys.

I heard that story too... and was pretty excited about it until I saw that their system isn't 100% accurate. People have been trying to crack the Idol code for so long now but what they fail to remember is that the final say in who stays and who goes isn't *really* America, it's the producers of the show.

(Yes, I am a conspiracy theorist.)
