Happy New Year. Had my first surgery on Wednesday, January 12th 2011 to have a dermoid cyst removed and my left ovary. I have suffered for one year and blessed to have it removed from my body. It was my evil twin. In the end, after many misdiagnosis and different symptoms analysis it was indeed as big as a grapefruit and it was sitting in my pelvis
