I have a lame story to tell you. Haha. This post reminded me...
Alright, I met Matt on MySpace... as lame as that sounds. We chatted online and sometimes on the phone, and we also left eachother MySpace comments.
I remember the one time we talked, it was mid-July, I was baking a cake for my best friend because her birthday was the following week and we were having a little party at work. Anyway... I was telling him about how awesome my cake was when we were talking on instant messenger, and he left me the following comment...;
Jul 16, 2006 4:02 AM that would be cool you can make me a cake, lol better than my crater cake :P have a good weekend
Haha. Apparently he tried to make a cake one time and it had craters and divits all through it. :D It makes me laugh to think about it, and you posting this entry made me remember.
Anyway, now that I've rambled... congratulations on your cake. I hope it was yummy!
XD Haha, poor guy. Maybe he forgot to put an ingredient in?
It's pretty cool that you met through Myspace, actually. :D I've never really met anyone through, even just online friends, Myspace or Facebook, so I'm always impressed by people who can do it. :P Though I randomly add people in LJ. XD
The cake did turn out well, though I used the wrong kind of flour and thus the cake absorbed all my cream filling. :( Dan still said he liked it, though, so I was happy. Though next time, I am determined not to fail. >O
