HALP!!!!

So it seems we blew a fuse at Davey's House in the Kitchen. The 2 sides walls sockets, under cabinet lights and (Horrors) dishwasher are not working. We tried the breaker box, flipped the GFI switch..nothing...someone told us the fuse may have blown but we have no idea how to tell or,  even how to replace

try turning off all breaker switches for a few seconds to reset then turn them all back on
