help with finding a new home for a kitty

Hi! I need some help re-homing one of our cats. Miss Kitty is an all black female, of un-known age, but she has been 'fixed', though has all of her claws. She is a very friendly kitty with the humans, but is afraid of the other cats. I think they're trying to play and she just hisses at them and hides in the basement

Wishing you the best of luck finding a good home for the kitty! Someday we might have a pup, but with his allergies, never a cat. Alas.

One of my favorite cats from my childhood was the "upstairs" cat from across the street. When the daughter eloped to Alaska and left her cat, the two "downstairs" cats were not at all welcoming, and the sweet little thing was very lonely. Eventually she came across the street and adopted us - and many happy years we all had together. :-)

OK LJ just ate my comment. Weird.

As you know, we're all very allergic to kitties over here, but I do miss having them. :(

However, I know about a zillion people who have or like cats, so I'll ask around.
