What do you want it to look like? What I did was put different styles on there until I found one that I liked... Try that and if you still think it looks like fuckn' shit then umm idk but try it okay...

Go up to where it says manage and then go to user pictures and it takes you to the right page and then you upload the picture and it should show up if it matches all the requirement things...
