He's entitled to his sports opinion, and he's expressed it. Move on. This is not a serious issue.

The BCS is a flawed and failed concept. The only reason we have it is to prop up the bank accounts of a couple of fat cats. That's a bad reason to keep the program.

It possibly means that he read The New York Times, wherein through spick and spin, richer and poorer, world going well and world going down the shithole, the sports column is ALWAYS featured on their e-mail list.
