Okay I know one of you will realize who I'm talking about. My friend Morgan, a male I work with over here on this hell beach, is fighting for custody for his all most two year old son. The women was just his fiance and the bitch is already thinking about booking to the next country

hmm if he can prove that she an unfit mother then he'll have no problem in getting custody. If i remeber corectly, he can file a restraining order to keep her in country pending the out come of the custody case. i have a friend that won custody of his son, becasued he proved she was an unfit mother... im not a lawer so if he hasent done so already he needs to stop in to a JAG office asap. I had a friend that i went to basic and Ait with named Morgan... but he lived in texas and his fiance was a good women...

The best thing for him to do is get CPS to take the kids away immediately, especially with what he already has on her. Yes they do go into the questionable system for a while unless there's willing family but that way she would have to work to get the kids back. So she wouldn't take off and she wouldn't have access to them.

I recently was talking to a friend of Anne's who was married to a guy who had kids. She'd raised the stepkids but they weren't hers. She managed to get CPS to take them away because of living conditions and they gave custody to her because she went through their evaluation and passed. He can't get them back because he made a bad impression on CPS, if they take the kids I garantee it would take her upwards from six to seven months to prove she's fit and by then Morgan would be back and could get involved more.
