Calling All Helpers!

So AyaCon is only a week away and we're going to need a lot of help to keep HQ manned (unless you want to laugh at our pathetic attempts to be omnipresent).

We know there'll be lots of familiar faces in HQ over the weekend (especially as Kat's packed so much stuff in there), but we need to know there's going to be people to help throughout the day.

I'm happy to help out, but I don't want to put any times down yet until I know roughly what I want to get to over the weekend. Can I catch you sometime on Thursday or Friday and fill in one or more of the slots you still have empty then?

I would offer Sunday as well but have Pony meet and I'm not sure how long that will run for.

Yes, sorry I can't do actual time slots till entries close on Sunday. You do have panels to fit round, so I already have you in the must be judged Saturday list if that's any help.
