This New Mouse is Going to Take a While to Get Used to...

- title taken from the first thing that came to mind just now. XD’ tablet mouse was acting sluggish for some reason, so I plugged in a new mini-mouse that I got as a freebie when I went to the bank with Mom the other day - ‘cause our bank is awesome like that. But seriously, this mouse is all shoom! Quick as, well, a mouse running from a cat - or ( Read more... )

Yayyyy art supplies :D
Lol, copics are so dang expensive. Your doing the right thing by buying them one or two at a time. I'm just waiting.. for my birthday, I found an art website/store (no stores in my area though) that with a 20% off coupon (which they put out every once and a while) offers a 72 set for like 260$ with free shipping. I've had my eyes on it.. considering I only have a handful of earthtones.
Ooooh india ink ;) I love that stuff. I have a few india ink pens and I adore them. Pastels are fun too. Your poor stained cats lol xD
Next year i'm starting a two year art course (our IB scheduals are strange I know). For my junior and senior year I get to take visual arts and I'm super excited.
Good luck with that honors project again!

o.o $260? I'm not sure I could do that...
And they make India ink pens? (Or are they just pens that you dip in the ink?? I dunno, my art prof just had us get the bottled stuff and brushes, so I think I'm drawing with a very, very thin paintbrush when we get to that. oO; )

XD well they aren't stained yet, and I hope to keep their fur relatively clean (granted they do a good job of that themselves, but if something like charcoal or pastels got on their coats I'm not sure if I'd want them licking that up, you know? And I can already tell that trying to bathe those kitties would be a nightmare.

Ooh~ a two-year art course? :3 that actually sounds kind of fun. (I'm tempted next semester to fill my schedule with just art classes and/or maybe one academic class, since the only reason I'd be staying at my community college next semester is because of a couple of elective credits I need to obtain... at least I hope so. Last I checked there wasn't anything else I need to take.)

And thank you. ^^; I'm sorry I keep complaining about it so much

I like to use them for inking sometimes.
I know, I can't wait for next year. Also, it won't be a very big class either. A lot of people have dropped out of the program and art is only one of a few other electives too (most people took psych).
Don't worry, it's understandable to complain. That project seems like it requires a lot of time, work, and stress xD
I remember doing an 8 page research paper on the Rwandan Genocide my freshman year and thinking that was annoying. That's nothing compared to your project :P
