fifteenth form; fixing up, working hard, chilling out {video/action}

//action A

It's early morning, and, for whatever reason, you found yourself wandering around the southern edge of Goldenrod, right where Route 34 meets the city, that open expanse of ground where the path is clear from the forested hills to the east all the way to the shoreline at the west. You hear laughter, and banging noises, and the sounds of Pokemon not normally found in this region. So you decide to meander on over to the sea side, and see what the cause of this calm commotion is.

There's a worn path, bare of grass, with the odd flat stone embedded in the earth every now and again, and you follow it along as it winds between a small copse of trees, and emerges next to a short, old picket fence that may have once been white once, but is now a sort of greyish hue. You look around, and there it is: a lowset bungalow, with water marks up and down the walls, and a roof that's still made mostly of many-coloured tarps. There's a Gyarados with a sheet of roofing iron in it's mouth, and a Lunatone with a toolbelt slung over the hook that it's crescent-shaped body provides. An Alakazam carefully manipulates a hammer with telekinesis, and Ise Nanao steps out of the door, and tosses a ruined roll of carpet to the cratered ground.

"Hey, what's happening?"

//action B

It's late evening at the Goldenrod Pokemon Centre. For whatever reason, your character has found themselves there, for any number of reasons. But, once there, the first thing you see is a slim female figure, clad in a nurse's uniform, smiling benignly from behind the counter, unfailingly polite.

"Good evening. What can I do for you?"

//video, unfiltered

{The video flicks on to the view of pieces of eggshells in many different colours - black, blue, silvery and iridescent, purple sherds so thin they're nearly transparant, and white, red, and green. There's a faint squeaking sound in the background, and Nanao's voice is low.}

Hey there little guy - aww, look at you, you're so cute! {The mic picks up a slithering sound, and a blunt white snout comes into view - it nudges the 'Gear gently, knocking it over, and the nose  - belonging to a Dratini - lets out a little squeal, catching the attention of Nanao.}

Ah, Shiryuu, be careful, won't you? {She scoops both the babby Dratini and the 'Gear up, and one the camera stabilises, the network is treated to a view of six tiny baby Pokemons, all new-hatched and tiny and exhausted from breaking out of their eggs. The Dratini is placed down on a towel, and the Drifloon that's bobbing in the breeze grabs on with tiny hands and goes to sleep. Two Ralts are dozing, curled around each other, and there's a baby bath near, where a Lapras that's the size of a dinnerplate is snuffling quietly as it sleeps.}

There we go, now, that's better, isn't it? {The camera angle shifts once more, and there's a puppy Houndour spread out on a towel on Nanao's lap, and it's suckling quietly at a bottle, as she rubs a finger over thin ribs oh so gently. She laughs quietly at his hunger.} You're a little bit greedy, aren't you? As you can see, all of my eggs have hatched, and they're all in good health. But... I am curious as to where this one came from. I can't remember exchanging anything for a Houndour, after all.
