Keep it warm and safe, and when it hatches, treat it like you would any other Pokémon.

If you have an idea of what kind of egg it is, you could try to come up with a name for it while you wait for it to hatch, too. It would save time later, anyway.

It's not difficult, really. Just keep it warm and keep it out of reach of any wild or rowdy Pokémon. You might find that some of your other Pokémon have a talent or fondness for looking after eggs, which is a great help.
