[ The feed opens to a blur of green and shadow, and the camera wobbles and rattles about for a bit before thunking down onto something. It's elevated a bit above the ground, so perhaps a rock or a log? A pair of plush feet toddle into the shot and away, over to a dark blob, which the autofocus eventually resolves into a human form

[It isn't long before he comes across the group of Pokémon, random stranger, and the sleeping form of his butler. And he doesn't stop. He walks right up to Sebastian and slams his foot into his stomach as hard as he can.]

Get up! Now.

[My poor baby! D: ... not.]

[ Sebastian, you can be sure, has been absolutely sound asleep through this whole affair. If he'd even had an inkling of what was going on, he would have been up and out of there long before Ciel could catch up with him.

Alas, he's proving to be something of a sound sleeper, though that could be due to sleep deprivation. Ciel's boot in his gut is entirely unexpected, and much more fucking painful than it has any right to be. Sebastian doubles over, clutching his stomach, and his hat tumbles onto the ground.

Ellie wails and abandons the Pokégear, which maintains a half-decent view of the scene even after she drops it, to run and hide behind Julius. ]

[Spectator sports that should have edit buttons.]

[Digit yelps and follows suit. Scary eyepatch kid is scary! Julius just stares at the two humanoids over there. He doesn't really mind being a wall for the pokémon.]

...I take it you know each other.

[Something clicks in the back of Ciel's mind. He shouldn't have been able to come across Sebastian sleeping. He shouldn't have been able to kick him, and Sebastian should have been up by now. But it's all in the back of his mind, and he would think on it later.]

I said get up, Sebastian. [He kicks him again] I imagine you've been stalking me this whole time. So this surely can't come as any surprise to you.

[He ignores the other man there. He's unimportant.]

[So completely. ♥]

[ At the second kick, the sleep finally clears away enough for Sebastian to regain some modicum of sense, and he rolls away from Ciel to stumble to his feet, altogether ungracefully. Once he's standing, he nearly backhands Ciel, but manages to compose himself, instead, smoothing his jacket and ignoring the pain.

He's not totally sure how the fuck this happened, but he's damn well going to deal with it. He puts on a smile. ]

Young master. ♥ How nice of you to join me.

[ He glances around him to assess the situation. Another man beneath the tree, with Ellie and another Pokémon peering out from behind him; Sebastian's Pokégear on the ground. He can almost put the pieces together already. Maybe teaching Ellie how to use the gear was a bad idea. ]

[Undoubtedly.]

[Julius just makes a face and stays where he is. This is likely none of his business, though for some reason the way these two interact sort of reminds him of some very unpleasant acquaintances from back home.]

[Oh, and now Digit is climbing up to her favorite spot on Julius' head. Curiosity is a stronger driving force than fear, it seems.]

[There's a moment in which Ciel says nothing. He's too angry to say anything. The fact that Sebastian can still smile so pleasantly after something like that irks him to no end. However that is Sebastian, always a smile in the most irritating of situations. Ciel briefly wonders if this is how his enemies feel.]

Explain yourself.

[He crosses his arms and waits, looking up out of his one good eye.]

[Sebastian wants to resolve Ciel's face with his fist.]

[ Painstakingly, Sebastian forces his tense jaw and tightened fist to relax, easing his smile as well. He steps aside to pick up his Pokégear, as well as the one lying beside it, which he turns over in his hands. It must belong to the other man, he realizes, and holds it out toward him. ]

This is yours, I assume.

[ He turns his smile on Ciel again, brighter than before. ]

I was napping.

[oh goodie.]

...Ah. Thanks.

[Julius takes the device, turning it over in his hands. Digit chirps inquisitively at her trainer, and Julius rolls his eyes and passes it up to her. Apparently he's gotten used to having a baby electric mouse on his head.]

[I'm sure he'll get his opportunity. Though not before Ciel.]

[Ciel backhands Sebastian. He is not in the mood for the butler's word games today.]

Explain what you were doing stalking me.

[He's pretty sure he knows the answer. But now he needs Sebastian to say it, and even if he's right, it won't make him any less angry.]

[Yeowch. ♥]

[ Sebastian's head actually turns with the force of the strike, and he can feel a welt forming where Ciel's ring struck his cheekbone. He's quick to suppress a snarl, and even quicker to replace his shock with another pleasant expression. He addresses Julius first, politely. ]

My apologies. My young master can be a bit... uncouth.

[ He looks back at Ciel. His smile sharpens. ]

I was merely looking after you, young master. As always.

[Oh my.]

[Julius seems more surprised that you're making excuses. Isn't this sort of thing somewhat normal?]

...Right.

[Digit hops down off of Julius' head for a bit and chatters at Ellie. Poor Ellie. XD]

[Ciel grits his teeth. He really wishes Sebastian would just ignore the stranger. He turns to look at Julius himself after a moment.]

You'll excuse me I hope. He is my servant, and he's been disobedient. I apologize for my violent behavior.

[Returning his gaze to Sebastian he tries to think of the right question, as he has no doubts that Sebastian was 'looking after him' in a very literal sense, and therefore this was not a lie.]

Why did you avoid approaching me Sebastian. You were getting some kind of enjoyment out of this, were you not? Has my reaction satisfied you?

[He's like a train wreck. |:]

[ Sebastian addresses Julius again as well, as if in a conspiratorial aside. ]

'Disobedience' implies defiance of orders. I was given no orders.

[ Back to Ciel, whose seething is, indeed, somewhat gratifying. He wonders if Ciel realizes that he could be lying to him. There is no contract seal on his hand - something he's endeavouring to hide from Ciel by clasping his hands politely behind his back. ]

Your response has been most satisfactory, yes.

[And Julius can't look away. XD]

...I thought it was a normal occurrence for a boss to punish an underling. Though in this form it seems a bit... excessive.

[Julius shrugs. It doesn't seem to matter much to him. He's used to Queens who are likely to order somebody's head cut off just for planting the wrong color of flowers.]

[Poor Ciel. He has no idea...]

[Ciel's eyes narrow at the butler.]

I imagine so. Well then Sebastian...

[He smirks and reaches up to untie his eyepatch and it lets fall away revealing....another blue eye. Not that he's aware of that yet]
